OUR PROCESS:

If you are looking for an upholstery shop in Kansas City, we are conveniently located in Kansas City's West Bottoms. Whether you are needing upholstery in Kansas City, upholstery in Overland park, or states away, we are your people.

We start with a phone call, email, or in-person conversation to talk over your upholstery project and get a sense of your desired outcome. We like to receive pictures of the pieces and details to understand the amount of time and effort that will go into a piece. Ideally, we see the piece in person, in your home or brought into our upholstery shop.

We will provide a quote for the upholstery labor and give a rough timeframe. Once you've decided to move forward, we will collect a deposit of 50% of the upholstery quote, plus any applicable taxes. We can then select fabric. We have in-stock options for fabric, or we can order upholstery fabric from a number of manufacturers like Knoll and Herman Miller. You can also bring in your own fabric. The cost of upholstery fabric is additional to the upholstery labor

Once the project is completed and ready for pickup, the balance is due. We will coordinate shipping and delivery as needed.
