Sometimes a piece requires a single surface refinished or even some touch-up. Other times, all surfaces need to be sanded down to bare-wood; then repaired, sealed, toned, and finished. Some projects may take a few hours, other projects can take 100+ hours. Our pricing is based on a
labor rate of $100 per hour, plus materials.

We start with a phone call, email, or in-person conversation to talk over your project and get a sense of your desired outcome. We like to
receive pictures of the pieces and details to understand the amount of time and effort that will go into a piece. Ideally, we see the piece in person, in your home or brought into our shop.

We will provide a quote of the estimated labor and materials, and give a rough timeframe. Once you've decided to move forward, we will collect a deposit of 50% of the quote, plus any applicable taxes.

Unexpected circumstances or conditions that require additional labor hours and expenditure can occur, but this is outside of the norm.

Once the project is completed and ready for pickup, the balance is due. We will coordinate shipping and delivery as needed.
